Wacom

I'm getting a Wacom this friday. An Intous A4. It'll cost me a small fortune, but I am quite sure it will pay off. Painter Essential 2 is bundled, don't know if it's as good as Painter X, but better than nothing; certainly cheaper than Painter X :).

Then I guess I will have to spend the weekend getting the feel for it. I've used another Wacom long ago, but it was an A5 or A6, and I couldn't get over the weird screen mapping you got, it was like a quarter of my screen.
